Her cuteness is overwhelming!

Don't let it fool you! She guards the Helmer with her life!

She says to this would-be polish nabbing golden retriever, Gypsy, "Don't even try it, Punk!"

Its hard work being a Helmer guarding kitten!
inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity. All while high on acetone.

I really do like this color! Its a wee bit duochrome. Has that darkened edge and glowing color. This is two coats and the formula was divine.
I went to Cosmoprof today and here's what I decided to get. My husband thinks Cosmoprof sounds like a Soviet Commissary or something. "Heading down to the Cosmoprof, Comrade?"
Anyways.. I may have these names wrong, as I am going from memory. We'll see how I did:
Russian Navy, Royal Rajah Ruby, Eiffel For this Color, Cuckoo For this Color, Yodel Me on My Cell, Ski Teal We Drop, Diva of Geneva, William Tell Me About OPI
I wanted some of the fall OPIs and there were a few essentials missing from my collex. Guess I'm in the fall state of mind, because I picked up only dark fall colors. I did have Dutch Tulips in my hand, but decided it was so close to Red Hot Ayers Rock, that I didn't need it. I, also, nearly bought my Chihuahua Bites, but passed.
I can't decide if I like this color or not. It applied like a dream, of course, like Nails Inc usually does. The next day all I could think of when I looked at my nails were green surgical scrubs. It looked decent on my skin tone, but it was not a thrilling color.
I actually only bought this a month or so ago. I got into nail polish about 6 months after this Rodeo Diva Collection came out. It is such an awesome collection, if you appreciate vampy colors with personality and shimmer. I like the way the edges are darkened and the colors glow from the center. I just ordered a whole bunch more Rodeo Diva's this weekend... they should arrive in the next couple days.
This color is almost the same hue as OPI Diva of Geneva. I layered it on top a couple days later, cuz I figured it was dumb to redo the whole mani. I'm sorry I did not get photos of it to show you.
I lem'd this polish by OPI-Nicole badly, but never came across it. So, I decided to try and recreate it. I'm not sure how I did, for I've never seen it in person, but in my mind this is what I wanted. The orange freaked out my camera a bit and made my skin pull really purple in the photo, LOL
What do you think?
I picked this up for a whopping $1.99 at a gift shop. Its a stainless steel mood band. I ought to try for some other photos of it in other moods. I think its just adorable. I had those big bubbley mood rings in my teens, back in the late 80s, early 90s. What about you?
Finger Paints Easel-y Entertained, originally uploaded by kennasmomma.Oh my! Look at this! It is so purple and so sparkly. It is violet, not blurple. I put this over that LA Rockstars Rockstar. It was really dull when I finished, so I highly recommend a shiny top coat. Finger Paints is a brand I've shunned a bit after some unpleasant chipping in the past, but I'm giving her another go.
I have mixed feelings about this polish. I think I'd like it better if the base were a touch less black. The glitter is very fine and smooth, which I like, but it gets lost in the dark base. Do you think if I jelly it up a bit with clear and maybe add some dark vampy eggplant to it, it would make it better? I'm thinking either ChG VIII or OPI William Tell Me About OPI.
